ulturas, the newest member of the El Serrano's family of restaurants, was conceived over 3 years ago as Lancaster's first tapas restaurant and its debut has been long anticipated. Tapas, or small plates, is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an array of dishes in a single evening and the perfect way to share fine food with friends.
