7 ounces of seared Black Angus filet mignon, deglazed with Pisco, served au poivre with mashed potatoes
Chuletas de Cordero en Salsa de Cilantro
New Zealand rack of lamb with cilantro sauce, served with puree de camote (sweet potato)
Salmon con Hinojo a la Crema
Pan-seared farm-raised salmon fillet, topped with a hinojo sauce of white wine, cream and fresh fennel, served with patatas prensadas (pressed potatoes)
Mariscos se Salio el Mar
Scallops, shrimp, calamari and tilapia tossed in salsa de Aji (a flavorful Peruvian pepper), served atop potato triangulos (triangles)
