6 ounces of seared Black Angus filet mignon, deglazed with Pisco served au poivre with mashed potatoes
Chuletas de Cordero en Salsa de Cilantro
New Zealand rack of lamb with cilantro sauce served with puree de camote (sweet potato)
Fresh Wild Salmon
With a coconut curry sauce, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables
Free Range Chicken
Roasted with a Anisette fig glaze, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables
